Words and Music Studios is all about serving students, educators, hobbyists and professionals in music and the recording arts.
Since we opened here in April of ’02 (as Watersign) we’ve done all kinds of music in all sorts of genres. We love to work with local singers, songwriters and musicians from indie to hip-hop. We provide arrangement, production, session musicians and even songwriting (music and/or lyrics) services.
We make it easy to record college entry demos (with video too)!
We host karaoke party recording sessions for kids, teens and adults.
We provide assistance to music producers and home-studio people who occasionally need options such as live drums or better quality microphones and preamps.
We work with area high schools and colleges to host interns, providing real-world experience for students of recording engineering, music business and related subjects.
It is our mission to provide professional grade recording services as well as creative support for our clients, no matter their level of experience.
